Our Managing Director Emma Philipp is now being supported by the #StealthMode Program of Factory Berlin.

In various sectors, young women in particular are still underrepresented in percentage terms - this includes not only the tech or finance industry but also the world of stock trading. Yet women invest on average just as profitably as men, often even more stable and less susceptible to fluctuations. If we go by our Leeway score, they are clearly the better investors (Source).
At Leeway we stand for transparency and participation and are accordingly thrilled that our co-founder Emma Philipp was selected from over 200 applicants for the Stealth Mode Mentorship Program of Factory Berlin.

In partnership with Google for Startups and McKinsey&Company, Stealth Mode was created to support female founders in tech to develop their ideas. In collaboration with mentors from established (former) start-ups such as Delivery Hero or N26, new ideas will be developed in the coming months to advance our product, and in particular explore opportunities to make it easier for women to enter stock trading.
We are very much looking forward to implementing the insights from this program, but especially also about this opportunity for Emma to develop professionally and personally in a targeted way.
